3. Reservations

Making Reservations

Reservations can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or in person. By making a reservation, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information (party size, date, time, contact details)
• Arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time
• Inform us of any special requirements or dietary needs
• Notify us in advance if you need to cancel or modify

No-Shows and Late Arrivals

Tables may be released if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice. Repeated no-shows may result in reservation restrictions.

4. Pet Policy

We welcome well-behaved pets at Bubbs & Bites Cafe. By bringing your pet, you agree to:

• Ensure your pet is on a leash or in a carrier at all times
• Use pet diapers as required by our policy
• Keep your pet at your table and not allow them to approach other guests
• Clean up after your pet and take responsibility for any accidents
• Accept full liability for any damage or injury caused by your pet
• Remove your pet if they become disruptive or aggressive

We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask you to leave if your pet does not comply with our pet policy or poses a risk to other guests.

5. Conduct and House Rules

• Treat our staff and other guests with respect
• Refrain from smoking or vaping on premises
• Keep noise levels considerate of other guests

• Not engage in any illegal or disruptive activities

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if their conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

6. Payment

Payment for food and beverages is due at the time of service. We accept:

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Menu prices are subject to change without notice.

You are welcome to take photos and videos of your experience at Bubbs & Bites Cafe for personal use and social media sharing. We ask that you:

• Respect other guests' privacy and avoid capturing them without consent
• Do not use professional lighting or equipment without prior permission
• Tag us on social media - we love seeing your photos!

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bubbs & Bites Cafe shall not be liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings left on our premises
• Injury or damage caused by other guests or their pets
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for services on the occasion giving rise to the claim.
